Our goal is to assist our customers with the management of heart health, cholesterol and diabetes through reduced sodium levels of no more than 1625 mg/day*, limitation of saturated fats, inclusion of less than 300mg of cholesterol/day and consistency of carbohydrate levels from meal-to-meal. Our meals are balanced with a caloric mix of approximately 22% protein, 30% healthy fat and 48% consistent health-promoting carbohydrates. Our menus follow the nutrition recommendations of the American Diabetes Association and the U. S. Dietary Guidelines.

Through regulation of daily calories and portion sizes, our meal plans are excellent for achieving weight loss.
